There was a XXXX balance on the account, so there should have been no minimum payment due. On XX/XX/2021, BoA transferred {$25.00} dollars from my checking account at another banking institution, even though there was a XXXX balance on my credit card account. The account currently has a - {$25.00} balance. I have autopay set up on this account, with the payment set to pay only the minimum payment due amount, and as there was a XXXX balance on the account, so there should have been no minimum payment required. I called BofA customer service to dispute the payment and explained the situation, and was hung up on. The payment was not reversed.
