roughly on XX/XX/XXXX I spoked to a Rep from Chase. Her name is XXXX. SHE HAD ADVISED SHE WOULD DEDUCT {$1300.00} IN FEES AND INTEREST AND LATE CHARGES. THE PROBLEM IS SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL BACK ON XX/XX/XXXX AND DISCUSS WHAT SHE WAS DID ON XX/XX/XXXX. NONETHELESS, NO FEES, LATE CHARGES OR ANYTHING WAS DONE ON THE ACCOUNT ( CREDIT CARD ) NOR DID SHE CALL BACK ON XX/XX/XXXX. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH NO CALLBACK. I HAVE BEEN STRICKEN WITH THE XXXX AND LOST MY JOB. WHEN I TALKED TO SEE, SHE WAS GOING TO CALL BACK TO SEE IF WE COULD DO A DEBT SETTLEMENT. FOR {$3500.00}. AGAIN SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I NEED HELP, I CAN NOT PAY THE WHAT IS DUE ON THE ACCOUNT. PLEASE HELP.
