Today XXXX, Bank of America branch of XXXX XXXX NY was visited by myself and mother as due to my XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, I need accompanying of someone who can react if I suffer symptoms of XXXX as well as certain situations in which cause XXXX XXXX from occurring. My online portal was locked and I was unable to access this via my home which I remain inside due to the constant looks at myself as I am evidently symptomatic of a XXXX XXXX. After being assisted by said Bank of America representative, she waited on hold with us for over an hour and finally when presented with questions concerning the account, I willingly provided every document of proof including tax returns via email on my phone, 1099 from particular deposits done through my person not company as it was done via my social security number, as well as documented companies that of paying me via my social security number. I asked for my account to be closed and funded my remaining balance. I have been a customer since 2006, my very first bank account as it remains a campus checking. Not only when presented with facts did she state she doesnt know what a XXXX is, she was unaware self employment could be run under a social security number. After an hour of asking for my cash balance did a supervisor come over blaming me for depositing money today and that I should of anticipated such action of said staff. I then presented official documents again along with press releases etc of companies involved in payments. Again instead of this employee understanding, as my voice was admit-tingly raising louder than I desired at this point due to the anxiety and stress of the fact I have not been in close proximity of another outside human being other than my family in almost two years involving detailed conversations, she begins to raise her voice challenging is I was XXXX as I referenced my mother, caretaker, required access to accounts in case of a hospitalization event as has happened in the past, they smirked and belted a sarcastic chuckle as at this point I demanded my account closed and made them aware of their violation of the ADA as now they require me to return again tomorrow and experience even more stress causing my XXXX to increase drastically and my XXXX to elevate to XXXX levels.
