My mother was in a XXXX XXXX in 2019 the XXXX XXXX forced me to sign as responsible party which is illegal. She was denied XXXX I tried to work with them and they turned me over to express recovery services who only told me to pay up! No voicemails left no communication and never validated the debt. Now they are suing me for my mothers bill which legally I am not responsible for!
