I now have attached documents to show that you are now reporting incorrectly for XXXX, I am now opening up another complaint, I dont know why you guys cant seem to report accurately that this account is closed down since XXXX. I now show that you have reported that I made an active payment in XXXX of XXXX. How can this be possible if the card has been closed since XXXX. I will now file a complaint with the creditor, the consumer complaint department, XXXX ; until you also resolve this matter. I have attached a copy stating that it was an error on your end and the account wasnt closed down entirely which created the inaccurate payments to my credit report. I am requesting and demanding you also correct XXXX as now my score has dropped due your oversight, and if the same things happen to my XXXX report I will open up a dispute on that account as well. PLEASE REMOVE ALL PAYMENTS/ MISSED OR NON-MISS PAYMENTS FROM THE YEARS XXXX & XXXX. AS THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE XXXX.
