On XX/XX/XXXX I got notification that my loan servicing got transferred from " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to TCF Bank ( XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ) Up until today - XX/XX/2021 - I haven't received any communication from TCF Bank about my new servicing account XXXX I've called TCF bank 2 times, on around XX/XX/2021 and on XXXX of XX/XX/2021. TCF bank representative mentioned that they have nothing on my name, ssn or account. Then, on XXXX of XX/XX/2021 I've called to XXXX customer service. They told me that my loan was transferred not to TCF bank, but to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Due to some sort of error, XXXX did not send me any information on this new transfer. Over the phone they gave me a phone number to call XXXX XXXX company - which I've attempted to use but no-one answered. I also haven't gotten any mail, phone or email correspondence from XXXX XXXX. XXXX also did not send me any correspondence regarding new service being XXXX XXXX and I found that information on XX/XX/2021 when I called XXXX and escalated my issue. At this time, I don't know who is servicing my loan. XXXX also refused to confirm if my information was actually transferred to either of the new servicing companies.
