Ive contacted XXXX Chex systems sent all identifying documents over 5 times EXPLAINED IN CLEAR LANGUAGE WHAT IM DISPUTING ETC AND NOTHING WAS NEVER DELETED THIS WAS OVER 3 months ago by law they have 30 days it was well over that time frame I keep checking my report they have the same fraudulent items & inquiries on there even after I sent my police report theft affidavit etc I specifically itemized and circled the items that need to be removed including fraudulent inquiries this is unacceptable Chex systems have me flagged so I cant open a basic checking account they need to remove that ASAP or Ill keep complaining
