I have gas payment programs for XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I had a couple transactions come back resulting from Non-Sufficient Funds. XXXX XXXX and XXXX used CheckRedi of Kentucky ( based in XXXX, Kentucky ) as their debt collection. I first received a call from them. I have also received numerous texts from them. Not only have they been calling my number numerous times throughout the day ( numerous days as well starting from XX/XX/2021 ) they have also sent me numerous texts. In addition to the many calls they place, they also texted my family members ( sister and father ) AFTER I already successfully made contact with them to discuss my debt/gas programs. I have screenshots and evidence to provide in regards to the excessive calls, texts, and the contacting of my family members. Lastly, I never received written notice from them regarding any debits or any notice saying I could dispute it until AFTER I already initiated payments to them to resolve the debt. I believe CheckRedi has violated sections : 805 ( b ) & 806 ( 5 ) of the FDCPA act.
