Synchrony has closed my account that was up to date which in turn stop my website usage so I cant log in to pay the account they closed. Ive made calls to ask the reopen my login information so that I may pay the bill and each time the customer service representative was rude and now they keep reporting that my payments are late. My account was closed in XX/XX/2021 and Ive called twice a month trying to get this resolved.
