We purchased a property and escrow closed XX/XX/2021 with a First Payment Due Date of XX/XX/2021. We made our first payment electronically to Guaranteed Rate ( NMLS # XXXX ) XXXX, XXXX ( NMLS # XXXX ) on XX/XX/2021. We have a full bank statement to show the payment was withdrawn by Guaranteed Rate and an electronic confirmation of the payment from Guaranteed Rate. As of today XX/XX/2021 Guaranteed Rate claims they can not find our payment and are refusing to accept further mortgage payments. We are being FORCED INTO DEFAULT by Guaranteed Rate REFUSING to accept our next payment. As of this XXXX PST on XX/XX/2021, Guaranteed Rate claims they still have not found our XXXX payment, refuse to accept further payments and have sent us to collections. Unbelievable!!! I have spent the month of XXXX and the first week of XXXX calling to follow up only to be transferred around.
