As of XX/XX/2021, none of my funds are available and the Chase representative said I didn't have any deposits pending. I spoke with a representative of the bank over the phone ad she said I had {$0.00} available and if I was unhappy with being a Chase customer, I was free to clo se my account at any time, but I would't receive any funds because I had an account balance of XXXX.
