this is a follow-up complaint regarding XXXX. In Citibank 's response to complaint XXXX on XX/XX/2021, it said " Thank you for providing the requested electronic payment information for the {$9500.00} payment received on XX/XX/2021. We have verified the necessary information and the payment will be reapplied to your account. Please allow 5 business days for this adjustment to appear and your balance to be updated. '' Now today is XX/XX/2021 and it has definitely been more than 5 business days and still I DID NOT SEE the payment. It has NEVER been reapplied to my account. Citibank still OWES me {$9500.00}
