I had my Checking account for almost 20 years. Were All my payments and direct deposit goes through. I was accused of fraud and threatened by bank of America and they closed my account without further investigations. My sister in law owes me deposited her payment to my account using her EDD debit card. She said that she spoke to her bank and they said its ok. Why would i be suffer from this when its someone else made a deposit tk My account. It is very Unfair and it was already made clear that the deposit or transactions was not a fraud and they still closed my Checking account. It caused me a lot of stress since all my payments and direct deposit is all through that account. I cant even pay my rent on time. They even threat me that they Will report and wont be able to open an account else where. I have a written letter from them as an evidence.
