This is in reference to dispute XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased XXXX XXXX thermostats from XXXX for a total of {$5900.00}. I immediately sent these back due to damage. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a refund of {$5900.00} for this purchase and the merchant notified me via email they had received the returned products. On XX/XX/XXXX a charge of {$5900.00} posted to my card as home depot reversed the refund that was issued XX/XX/XXXX. The activity on the card showing the initial purchase, refund, and refund reversal is included in this document for reference. Also included in this document are the return receipts for the XXXX XXXX. I can clearly prove the items were returned. However, my account does not currently reflect that I have received credits for the returned items as the credits originally given by the merchant were reversed. I do not have any items from Home Depot and I am owed a refund for the returned items. Please reopen this dispute given this information. Thank you
