Consumer Narrative

I opened a business checking account with Chase. When I went in to sign the paperwork and open the account, I emailed my banker a coupon for a {$300.00} sign-up bonus. The banker never enrolled me and despite numerous phone calls, online secure messages and emails, Chase is refusing to take any action to rectify their own mistake. I met the terms of the bonus and am entitled to the terms advertised. The only reason I picked Chase to open my business account was because of the offer.
