I purchased games from a gaming company XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and realized I was being charged duplicated charges so I told merchant about it and they responded that there were technical issues with new software and were investigating problem and would refund me. They never did and problem kept happening so I closed my account and disputed charges with my bank chase. They put my claim as a subscription and denied me after a month of being charged over {$7000.00} and then not only telling me but guaranteed my money by the XXXX of XXXX so I was very patient and still have received nothing but poor customer service and told something different every single day.
