I received a debit card from Chase Bank to be activated on XXXX XXXX then on XXXX activityI received a letter from the bank that days that the account was blocked due to recent activity. I also called the bank today and also immediately after I received the card by mail. I reported it to the fraud department. they say that will open an investigation on this matter, because the suspect that this might be an Identity Theft. and fraud.
