Consumer Narrative

I have a promotional balance with my credit card that is expiring within the next two months - Ive applied XXXX in payments to pay off the promotional balance. However, US Bank is refusing to allocate the payments to the promo that is expiring. They will only allocate the payments to the remaining balance which means Ill never get this card paid off. The practice to not allow a customer to allocate a payment to a promotional balance within the last two months of the promotional period is an abusive practice as it doesnt allow the customer to pay off their promotional credit. Please help!
