We, the owners & occupiers, are age XXXX and XXXX, and both U.S. veterans. The mortgage holder is XXXX w/ mortgage being serviced thru US Bank . Whenever we contact the proper division of this bank, we stymied by no answers, no action ( many times ), conflicting info. We are an FHA mortgage, but are told yes, no, yes, no from US Bank. Then, on active applications for assistance, we received letters of approved forebearances, yet at the same time receive threating notices and actual lawsuits filed against us in XX/XX/XXXX for foreclosure. We do everything by the rules, Act 90 ( PA ), forebearance applications, constant contact w/ all proper " personal Bank counselors '' & still we feel we are in " limbo '' On 4 occasions, US Bank could not find our account #, and access is denied when we go on line. We sit here under our doctor 's care with leftover sickness of having XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX, and basically XXXX with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX. We can not move to a retirement homes that have no protection from virus and its Delta variant and others even having had our vaccines. We lost a major portion of our monthly income due to customers not paying what they owe us, citing loss of jobs and income themselves since XXXX. US Bank should have a main address to correspond with, but they have several with personnel having to re-route or delay replie that do not come. At one point, they had a malfunctioning appraiser come to our property, but wound up according to the 8x10 photos*, appraising the neighbor 's garage AT {$150000.00}. Thus, they think our home independently appraised in XXXX at {$400000.00} and with actual costs of $ XXXX when built ( every receipt/contract available ) is worth 60 % less than appraised and 77 % less than cost. We lived here more than 20 years here, and have no other living arrangements that will accommodate our age and physical condition. In fact, we were of the believe that there was such insurance from FHA to work out a fair agreement. *photos in both Bank and our possession
