I have business account with Bank of America and I opened another account online and made deposits totalling {$250000.00}. The promise was I could pay vendors by XXXX or by Wire. But when I tried to do so, their system made me use an ATM card except they never sent me an ATM card. After multiple calls I was able to figure out that they sent an ATM card to the office building my office is in but they failed to put the office suite number on the card mailer ( that suite number is on the bank account so why did they not put it on the mail ). I called twice again yesterday and was promised a call back from a superviser twice withing 24 hours but of course that has never happened. I now have a replacement ATM card but of course they did not send the pin so I can't do anything online. They could not help me online and I was advised to go into a physical location but the nearest one is nearly 300 miles away. So essentially I have {$250000.00} in the account that I can not access and I can't get anyone the phone that can help me. I have other accounts with XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX and do not have these problems with them.
