I have tried on numerous phone calls and attempts to resolve the situation regarding my foreclosure. Rushmore loan management representatives are withholding information, over talk me will not answer any of my questions. Today I called with a HUD counselor on the phone to assist with the phone call and still the same rudeness from all representative XXXX was first, XXXX second, and lastly XXXX. We requested to speak with management several times and we were hung up on. The misrepresenting notes that are taken by each representative are very troubling. The miscommunication and the false claims are in an attempt to benefit Rushmore in seeking foreclosure This company will not assist me at all. I am in the process of seeking an attorney or joining a class action suit against this company or the end result will be bankruptcy I will not release my property to the scam artist. I am trying to get somebody to go over detailed questions that I have about my property and loans being transferred twice in a matter of four months also there are way too many representatives handling this case and a lot of confusion and nobody cares. I have the right to know why there were fees placed upon my account during Covid I have the right to know when my loan was purchased from the previous lenders and I also have the right to have my account on hold for 60 days which Im told is not the case because of that discrepancy with when they are saying my loan was transferred. Im also being told that my loan is not secured for 60 days from the date of transfer. There is a big discrepancy with when I was told from the previous lender as to when the loan was transferred because Rushmore is telling something totally different. This is very scary, This company is dishonest and is doing everything thing possible to help me avoid foreclosure.
