I received a prepaid Mastercard through MyPrepaidCenter.com - on my paperwork, under the section " Fees Associated with This Card '' it lists a Check Request Fee of {$10.00} and I have been attempting to request a check for the amount of this card, but I have spent much time and have been unable to get ahold of anyone from this company or to actually request a check. Their automated phone system ( XXXX ) does not give me an option to request a check and it also does not give me the option to talk to an actual person, it has just repeatedly disconnected me. I have also attempted to request a check through their website but it gives me no option to do so or to contact them any way other than through the automated phone system.
