I have a Checking account with Citibank ( Gold Status ) and have made international Wire Transfer of the amount {$5000.00} on XX/XX/2021 and have received Confirmation on this action next day ( XX/XX/2021 ) from Citi Gold via E-Mail. However, this wire transferred {$5000.00} is not received by Payee 's bank account ( at my savings account with Bank name : " XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX '' ) even after 2 weeks past. I therefore requested Citibank to pull this amount of {$5000.00} back to my checking account at Citibank. But Citibank never came back to me with any answer till today ( XX/XX/2021 ) and this Wire Transferred {$5000.00} remains disappeared.
