I have been incorrectly charged a purchase interest charge for 13 months straight : XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I was offered a 0 % promotional APR in XX/XX/XXXX until the billing cycle that ended XX/XX/XXXX. I redeemed the offer only to find out that I am being charged interest anyway. I attempted to resolve this issue with Chase several times by phone and through their secure message center, but my request was denied. They insist on considering my promo check as a new purchase. This is outright fraudulent business practice.
