I have been disputing several charges from 1 vendor/merchant. This company agreed to provide a multi-day training service, was not able to fulfill the obligation, agreed to refund the money voluntarily, and never did. I filed the dispute in XXXX after I realized that the refund wasn't coming voluntarily. It is now XXXX, and my refund has still not been resolved. The vendor advised that there were some sort of limitation with their credit card processor, so they needed to process the payments separately. Dispute description is as follows : " XXXX XXXX was hired to facilitate a personal safety class for our staff. We finalized payment on XX/XX/XXXX. The classes were supposed to start XX/XX/XXXX. The owner contacted me to advise that he and his staff would not be able to facilitate the class as agreed and was not sure when hed be able to conduct the class with our amount of people. The owner advised that hed refund the money. Weve been patient in waiting for refund. Its been over a month. ''
