On XX/XX/XXXX I received documentation from FedLoan Servicing regarding the amount of qualifying payments I had made in my Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The estimated eligibility dates listed were different from the documentation I received on XX/XX/XXXX. The number of qualifying payments were also incorrectly credited to two of my loans. I have contacted FedLoan Servicing multiple times since XX/XX/XXXX and they have not corrected the estimated eligibility dates and/or number of qualifying payments. After receiving documentation on XX/XX/XXXX with again differing eligibility dates and incorrectly reported qualifying payments, I felt this was the next logical step to have my issue resolved. Please be aware that I did file a complaint to the CFPB in XXXX, which resulted in FedLoan Servicing reporting an inconsistency that I detected between XXXX and XXXX stemmed from a new software program which was implemented to track the number of PSLF-qualifying payments.
