I've been a long-term customer of Bank of America. My bills have always been paid AUTOMATICALLY each month with recurring payments. Due to a problem with Bank of America 's website, the automatic payments wasn't deducted in XXXX XXXX. I received a letter from Bank of America in XXXX XXXX about the past due balance and I immediately resolved it. I spoke to Bank of Americas TWICE - both times they apologized and said they would submit a correction to the credit bureaus. In early XXXX XXXX, I noticed that the credit bureaus were still showing " LATE 30 DAYS ''. I called Bank of America and the rep suggested I write a letter which I did ( see attached ). Bank of America has refused to FIX THEIR ERROR. It's very upsetting as I have a perfect credit report other than this ERROR. Thanks for your help. XXXX XXXX
