I received a XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX for {$200.00}. When I tried to use it, the money wasn't there. I called the Visa Card Customer Service XXXX, found out where the charge was made, and called the department store. Someone made an online purchase for the full {$200.00} then picked up the merchandise at the store location. Their identity is unknown. I immediately called back the XXXX XXXX XXXX Service number to make a report. They then instructed me to fill out a Card Holder Dispute Form, email it in, and I would get refunded the money back on my card. It's been 6 months and they never placed the money back on my gift card like they told me they would. I have attempted to call them, and email them multiple times without a response, and NO REFUND.
