I reach out to XXXX to check on a new collection on my credit report. They investigated but did not really give me information as to why it met requirements just that it did. It also flag my report again for the same collection and by doing this brought my credit down for a total of over 50 points. I will like help solving this issue. I should not have the one collection flag twice and bring myself credit score down twice.
