When I was presented with my loan estimate, I was told that Gateway would service my loan. In under a year, it has already been sold off. This would normally not be a huge issue. However, I am a property tax exempt XXXX Veteran. The amount of back and forth I had to go through with Gateway was absurd. Now, the new lender is now fighting me on the exception as well. This will now incorrectly raise my monthly payment by almost {$300.00} per month, until this is resolved.
