Chase bank has violated my consumer right Fair Debt Collection Practices act. They are making me pay back monies for a consumer credit transaction that I did with them. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692 ( c ) ( a ) ( 1 ) there is a billing error because I am being billed in the positive for monies they say I owe. They also violated my right to rescind by not providing the proper documents on the revision process pursuant to 15 USC 1635 ( a ). They also violated my rights pursuant to 15 USC 1605 ( 5 ) because my insurance was not included in the finance charges which is required by federal law. As soon as I found out my consumer rights where being violated I sent a debt validation letter to Chase and they have not responded.
