I am on a covid relief hardship plan and the mortgage company is charging me XXXX in late fees and I asked them if they would waive these fees due to covid and they tell me they can only waive 2 months worth of late fees, I feel XXXX is a lot for customers trying to come out of a pandemic and they are refusing to work with me and on top of that they are trying to give me a XXXX a month repayment plan when my monthly mortgage payment is XXXX who can afford double while in a pandemic when you can barely afford your original payment, I have talked to every Supervisor I can and nobody wants to help me or eliminate some fees so I can get a head. Please help I need desperate help with this
