Greetings, I filed a fraudulent dispute since last year and early this year again and both times they have denied my claims without any response to my claim or explanation. I am so tired trying to fix this issue with this company, my line of credit was XXXX dollars and now they say that my balance is XXXX dollars. This is so unjust and unfair, I was a victim of theft, fraud and the black web victim as well. I have police report and the other companies have done they part to resolve any problems that I had but yet PayPal and synchrony bank have not done anything to help instead I keep receiving disturbing phone calls from very rude workers and I had to silence my phone in order for me to get some sleep as I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran with severe health issues. I have another account with synchrony and they see that I dont have any issues with this card. I need help please
