This complaint is against JPMorgan Chase Bank. I opened an account around XX/XX/21 made a deposit of {$1200.00} on XX/XX/21 account restricted called loss prevention several time had to verify my identity, did that still restricted, went to institution asked why my account has been restricted, All representative of JPMorgan Chase Bank stated " back office restricted and they don't tell us why ''. Following day I Called loss prevention agian, the restriction was lifted, account then restricted agian on XX/XX/21 after an unauthorised transfer was attempted by JPMorgan Chase bank on XX/XX/21 that was scheduled for XX/XX/21 costing me {$15.00} NSF fee from my account atXXXX XXXX XXXX my account has been restricted since XX/XX/21, I have not had access to do any transactions to the present date of filling this complaint. My present balance was {$1300.00}. On XX/XX/21 I called to check my balance and was informed by automation my account balance was {$950.00} I had no pending transaction nor was I able to perform any transactions. On XX/XX/21 an XXXX XXXX " branch complaint escalation group '' contacted me and said they closed my account and would be mailing me a check in 7 to 10 business days. As of the date of this complaint, I have received nothing with no communication from JP MORGAN CHASE BANK. Please see list of contacts and dates documentation.
