I started with them at the end of XXXX. When I talked to XXXX XXXX, they told me they were not taking the 2 payments of $ XXXX/month out of my account. Which then I followed up with a call to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to find out who was behind the CHECK #. They gave me XXXX XXXX and their phone number ( XXXX ). I called XXXX XXXX to stop payment as I did not apply for this loan and the back office had incorrect information I never filled out. So they informed me I needed to pay {$25.00} to stop it or they would continue to withdraw {$310.00} each month. I told them they were taking {$310.00} out illegally out of my account. They told me they would take this to XXXX XXXX. The first person I talked to told me she did not have my email address ( red flag ). She said when I signed up I should have gotten an email to DENY this loan, which I never received as I never signed up for this loan and did not have an email in the back office on the Customer Information Page. The only way they got my email was when I gave them XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. They also told me repeatedly XXXX XXXX would call to get this straightened out. Of course, I never received one call from them as they did not have my correct phone number. I repeatedly gave them ( XXXX ) XXXX. Their people would say they tried calling. None of that showed up on my phone as they were using the old number I have not used for years. When I take on a payment I write it in a ledger listing all the bills I pay for the month ( each month ). I live on XXXX $ XXXX/month. One of their people told me I should have received an email within 3 days of that being processed to deny it. If I would have received their email I definitely would have denied it as I would have not been able to afford it as I live check to check. The only thing I can think of I may had started filling out an application then saw the what the payments would be and closed it out. I never filled out the information they have on the CUSTOMER INFORMATION page. XXXX XXXX has me working for Softscript making $ XXXX/month a place I have not worked for years. I live on XXXX $ XXXX/month. They have my home phone number as ( XXXX ) XXXX-XXXX ; which I have never had for years. I never filled out that information in, but it is back there where someone else had to fill that in because it is completely wrong.
