XX/XX/XXXX I ordered a {$3900.00} product from XXXX. product was promised to be delivered by end of XX/XX/XXXX. It never showed up, so I worked with them for over a month to get a delivery date. They kept giving me the run around so finally I cancelled and was promised a refund by the company. They never refunded me and eventually stopped responding to my messages or answering calls. I disputed charge with visa in XX/XX/XXXX. They gave me a conditional credit while trying to resolve with XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX they reversed the credit and closed the dispute as unresolved bc they didn't get the proper documentation. Immediately I re opened the dispute, provided documentation that XXXX XXXX order was cancelled and I was promised a refund by them but as of XX/XX/XXXX the credit card company still refuses to give me my money back and closed the dispute again. ALL INFORMATION ON THE XXXX INDICATE THE COMPANY DID THIS TO ALOT OF PEOPLE AND CLOSED THEIR DOORS.
