I filed a complaint here on Synchrony Bank about the closing of my credit cards with them for no reason other than I was XXXX. Now I have received a response from them indicating that I was a high risk of failure to pay. I have tried to contact them more than 5 times to find out who has my accounts so that I could set up payment arrangements on my accounts. I know that these account SHOULD have been transferred outside of their bank since they closed all of these accounts on XX/XX/2020. No one at their bank can tell me what happened to my accounts. I checked my credit profile and I only see Synchrony Bank listed as being delinquent with them. So, if they do not have the debt, where is the debt? Also, one of their representatives gave me a place to call that is affiliated with Synchrony that I would consolidate all of the cards with and pay HIGH INTEREST to basically pay them up to date, It appeared to be some type of scam.
