On XX/XX/2021, I opened 2 purchase disputes with Citi and it's been a complete nightmare since then! One dispute was for {$190.00} and the other for {$100.00}. The tracking numbers show " delivered '' but I didn't receive 4 of the 5 items. And, the only item that I received was completely damaged!!! Citi asked me for all evidence that I have but still decided to rule it against me and in the favor of the merchant. Citi and the merchant took advantage of a small consumer here and there is nobody to talk to. The only reason Citi decided to rule in favor of the merchant was that the merchant threatened to send his lawyers to them and it scared them ... but they don't mind hurting the small consumer! XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX are much better at protecting the small consumers against scammers online!!!
