Ive called the bank multiple times due to fraud on my account was hacked information was stolen also {$250.00} child tax credit was deposited into the account that it was closed or blocked and they assured me the day before they were that that check could not go into the account which it did and then they charge me {$130.00} of overdraft fees when the night previous to the deposit there was no charges on the account. I have contacted 100 times Ive recorded the phone calls as well they will not transfer me to the correct department or etc. Citibank has stolen and held in withheld my funds.
