I leased the car for 3 years from XXXX to XXXX. I didn't put many miles on it and I purchased the car with an auto loan from Chase ( my bank ). Chase paid XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for residual value XXXX + tax total XXXX XXXX Some times last year XXXX in summer I paid off the loan. ( for some reason it disappeared from my online banking after I started to call on almost weekly bases Chase Auto Finance Title ). They sent me 2 letters with the lien satisfied but it is not enough to get a title from DMV. They need the Bill of Sale, and the Federal Odometer Disclosure plus an additional XXXX $ in taxes which in their data base is missing because Chase didn't report the sale I guess. Anyways, I called XXXX finance and they said the Title was sent to Chase Auto Finance on XX/XX/XXXX. A CSR from Chase confirms that the Title has been received by Chase in XX/XX/XXXX. They also opened a ticket with my case XXXX and since than I keep on calling they say in 2 days a manager will call me and nothing. The completion date of the ticket supposed to be XX/XX/XXXX but until today XX/XX/XXXX Chase didn't do anything. All they need to do is to send the title to me and also all the documentation regarding the sales tax and the odometer disclosure. I'm not sure what is the legal way to deal with this issue anymore. Please help. I'll attach the documents I have in hand for you to review them.
