I have been a citibank Gold Card customer for many years. I now ( since XX/XX/XXXX) live in the XXXX. I should have over $ XXXX between my Checking and Savings accts at Citi , plus two credit cards : Master Card, and Simplicity Card. Credits cards were used mostly for domestic and international travel, and providing the annual renewal fee for the XXXX XXXX for my office and home computers. I am XXXX years old. All my credit card charges were always paid in full within 30 days of billing. About XX/XX/XXXX, I was advised by XXXX that they were not able to automatically renew my protection due to " both credit cards being cancelled. I went on line to my " Accounts Page '' and via CHAT Service, was told that : " I ( the chat guy ) will sent you a secret password '' to your USA cell phone number, then you can repeat that secret word back to me, and I can then help you ". I told him that I did not have a USA cell phone number. He said too bad, can't help you. He told me to call a 14 digit phone number. I call there after getting a Long Distance Cell Phone Card Load and was transferred back and forth between two people who would each spent several minutes verifying me, until my load ran out and I was disconnected. Today, I again got another special load card and called that number. Again I was transferred without getting any help and was finally told '' cards are cancelled, can not help you. I think my money may have stolen. Access to all my accts has been blocked, and I do not have money for food, rent, etc etc. Please help.
