Consumer Narrative
Dear CFPB, I file a complaint against Bank of America last year XX/XX/2020. They had escrow my account for my home mortgage and to pay my taxes. I completed a refinance of the exiting loan with another banking company at the end of XX/XX/2020. My township where I live report that none of the taxes where paid from the escrow account, which total over {$10000.00} in escrow. I am unable to speak with an agent over the phone at the number Bank of America provided me with XXXX extension XXXX, even though I have left messages. I feel it is not right nor fair to have to pay back taxes on a loan that had an escrow account set up to pay the taxes, sewer and water. Thank you for your continued assistance to this matter.
