Consumer Narrative
I have been attempting to resolve denial of payments approved for the PSLF program for years. I previously was paying my loans through XXXX, then they were transferred to fedloan servicing. I have paid my payments on time in full, and because the tranfer, fedloan is denying qualifying payments due to computer or human error on their end. Please see email from fed loan. They state on loan sequence 6, one cent did not apply to payment XX/XX/2015 during tranfer and was applied to the following month. The other loans were approved for that same month. The rules for payment to be applied to XXXX is I must pay in full on time. I did this, and because fedloans error I am being denied. I have attached payments from XXXX showing I paid the full amount in both months. I do not have control over how the payments are applied to loan sequencing. I have additional months they are denying that they will not review or respond about.
