On XXXX, did a Money Transfer in the Amount of {$100.00} via XOOM to a Friend in XXXX for Pick-Up in Person at the Bank Teller Window. ( XXXX Transaction XXXX ) Due to Covid Pandemic, Friend never picked- up the Money because of Covid infection fears Thus, on XXXX, Xoom canceled the Transaction and notifed me via email ( attached ) that the Transaction was null & void and that no Money was debited. However, a Debit of - {$100.00} was processed by XXXX on XXXX, as shown on XXXX XXXX Statement ( attached ) Item # XXXX. XX/XX/17 DEBIT FOR XXXX.COM XXXX XXXX CO XXXX {$100.00} XXXX Xoom has twice stated ( see two emails attached ) that no Refund was due because the Amount was not Debited. This is incorrect as shown in attached XXXX Statement. I filed a Dispute in Person with the help of the XXXX XXXX XXXX Officers. After several weeks of " investigation '', all the XXXX XXXX Bank stated was that the Transaction was Authorized and thus no Credit was due. This is Theft. Either Xoom or XXXX XXXX Bank is holding the {$100.00} Dollars and refuses to return the Money. Please force whomever is holding my money to return it promptly as I desperately need it.
