I was closing on my house, ( selling ), and called my bank, Bank of America, for the wiring information to provide to my attorney. They gave me the info and had the attorney wired the proceeds, ( via XXXX XXXX XXXX ), where they told me on XX/XX/21. As I did not see the wire hit my savings I called on numerous occasions and was told it was in a general ledger business account, then told it was not there. Got a different answer every time I contacted them. I had my attorneys bank put a recall on the transaction on XX/XX/21 and just spoke with my bank and they said they never received a recall. I have wire transaction numbers and am getting nowhere with the bank. Even spoke with a supervisor who just pawned me off to someone else. Its quite a bit of money for a retired person and I need whats rightfully mine.
