I have a checking and personal line of credit Citibank offers for bounced checks. In XX/XX/2021 I overdrafted ( which I have not done very often maybe 3 times in more than 25 years. I have an auto pay set up with Citibank, and when my personal overdraft account was emptied, even though I had money to pay my auto-pay bills in my checking account, they quit paying my credit cards which were set to auto pay on XX/XX/2021. Because of this, I not only got a hit from Citibank due to my negligence, Citibank because they failed to pay my auto-pay bills for two months, I am now deliquent for six accounts that were on Auto pay. They basically just shut down my auto pay even though there was money in my account. They did not notify me of this practice. I only found out when my cards started getting rejected at the register
