This bank is beinf very rude to me I feel XXXX against I applied for my XXXX XXXX and it was initially declined due to many inquiries I called them to explain that I was a victim of identity theft and that XXXX told me the inqueires would be removed they told me to call them back to do a reconsideration and once they pulled my credit and saw that they were removed I would be approved for my card I called them they were able to confirm that they have been deleted but they still wouldnt approve me I feel like I was lied to and now their requesting documents such a frustrating experience especially when Im doing what their telling me to have my app approved they claim their system wont let them
