Me and other person opened an joint account online with Bank of America. I went in and deposited the money within few weeks of opening the account. The teller told me that funds are not on hold and available right away. within few days Bank of America without any communication or even no notes on my account put a huge amount in negative {$880000.00}. I called them right when I saw it and they told me that this is their code of freezing the account. I spend 2 days so far on the phone with them trying to figure out what is going on, they are not giving me any answers. Today I saw another withholding from my account for {$370.00}. I called them again and they are not giving me any information. So instead of them working and communicating with me about any issues, they are steeling money from my account without any reasons. I need your help to get my money back. This is fraud and scan on their end. I have a small child and they block all my money and I do not know how to survive. Bank of America refuses to release any amount of money. Also, I would like to request they they release all money right away and pay me daily interest on the money that they block. The account number is XXXX.
