I have never been issued credit from Concord Financial nor have I ever surrendered property or had a repossession. However, I recently terminated a right to use timeshare contract that was executed in XXXX, XXXX XXXX that had a payment processing company in the United States, Concord Servicing, but I dealt directly with XXXX XXXX in XXXX to legally terminate the foreign contract and note according to their terms. I was told in an email, prior to termination, the the contract and note would be cancelled if the right to use documents were terminated. We have never used the XXXX timeshare due to recent events with COVID and international travel warnings.
