I set up autopayments online, but macys did not process the the autopayments and hit me with a late fee. I had to go call in to pay the bill because the online portal does not work. The same happened to my dad and to other friends. It is a known issue on their side and they won't correct it on my credit report. I have perfect payments except for that incident because THEIR systems failed. I've been asking them to remove it for years.
